Graduated with Bachelor of Law (Honours) from Multimedia University in 2019. Started her legal attachment at Jaswinder Gill & Associates located in Kajang for a period of 3 months starting from March 2016 until June 2016 as legal intern student. During that time, she was exposed to Conveyancing matters and managed to gain knowledge on sale & purchase procedures.
In August 2019, she started her 9 months pupillage at Hafarizam Wan & Aisha Mubarak, Putrajaya under the tutelage of an experience lawyer, Puan Noor Arlisma binti Zainul Ariff. The main focusing area is Conveyancing for Developer’s project (Direct Sale). She has been assisting and handling mostly Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA) files especially on preparing loan documents and attending clients for signing. Apart from that, she also learnt on preparing loan documents for Banks.
Other exposure includes preparing memorandum of transfer (Form 14A), memorandum of charge (Form 16A), and preparing Charge documents for both LPPSA and Banks. She also did adjudication for loan documents and Memorandum of Transfer for both Banks and LPPSA files. Another knowledge she gained is doing advised to release mainly for LPPSA files and MAYBANK’s advise.
During her pupillage period, she also did her Legal Aid Program as part of her pupillage requirement. She undergoes the Legal Aid Program for 3 months starting from January 2020 until March 2020 and has been assigned under All Women’s Action Society (AWAM), one of the NGO’s in Malaysia that fighting for woman’s and children’s rights.
Here, she has been assisting by giving legal advice to the clients and also guiding them on the legal procedures to be taken for their cases. She ended her pupillage in May 2020.
She has been admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in September 2020.
On 1st April 2021 until present, she started her practice in Asiah & Hisam, Bandar Baru Bangi as Legal Assistant. Here, the practicing area is Conveyancing and main focus is on Developer’s project which she has been assigned to handle the Projek Perumahan Awam (PPAM) Setapak Reviera’s project. For this project, the Firm acted as loan solicitor and is responsible in preparing all the loan documents for the files. The Bank Rakyat is the main panel Bank for this project. She has been handling the files from the start until the final stage. Other than that, she has also been assigned for few perfection files and work pairing with SPA department. It is a bigger responsibility now that she needs to bear and she will do the very best for it.
