MARYATUL ATIQA BINTI MAZLAN graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Degree in Bachelor of Law (HONS) and was called to the Bar on 06/12/2013.
She commenced practice at Messrs. Ahmeena Aziz & Patners (formerly known as Ahmeena Aziz & Sahlawati Salleh) from 9th December 2013 until 28th February 2016. Throughout her practice in the firm, she emphasized mainly in conveyancing matters including preparation of the Sale and Purchase Agreements as well as preparation of Loan Documentations for various financial institutions.
Later joined, Messrs. Syed Amir Naqib & Co from 1st September 2016 until 31st December 2017. At the firm, she was assigned to handle developer projects known as Taman Gopeng Perdana in Gopeng, Perak under developer, Rakan Setia Development Sdn Bhd mainly for the government servant. She prepared the Sale and Purchase Agreements between the Developer and the Purchaser and attend for the Loan Documentation between the Purchaser and Lembaga Pembiayaaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA) as the firm is the panel lawyer for this project.
In February 2018, she joined Messrs. Asiah & Hisam and in the firm she has been handling mainly in conveyancing. Apart from all area of law relating to conveyance, she is now focus on handling the Projek Perumahan Penjawat Awam (PPA1M) whereby this project gives the opportunity for the government servant to buy the affordable house.
