Zakwan Adenan graduated from International Islamic UniversityMalaysia (IIUM) and commenced his early practices with Messrs. Edlin Ghazaly &Associates and was called to the bar in June 2012.
As the Head of Conveyancing Department with Messrs. Asiah & Hisam, he is responsible for handling most of the firm’s conveyancing clients including panel of Developers and Banking Institutions.
The vast experience of Zakwan ranging from drafting of Sale and Purchase Agreements for the Firm Panel of Developers, drafting and vetting of Loan Agreements with the Firm Panel of Banking Institutions, and handling Mortgage related conveyance matter.
Apart from promoting the Firm’s Business to prospective clients Zakwan also believed that it is necessary for the consumer of today be well equipped with ample amount of legal knowledge especially involving Real Estates and Financial Institution.
Throughout his tenure with Asiah & Hisam, Zakwan had been delivering our Clientele more than MYR 2 Billion worth of services to their utmost satisfaction.
