He graduated from UiTM in 2010 (BLS), 2012 (LLB) and 2014 (DLSA). He was called to the Bar in 2013 as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya before Judge Dato’ Zainal Adzam Bin Abd Ghani. tIn 2014 he was called for the second time as an Advocate of High Court of Sarawak before Judge Dato’ Rhodzariah Binti Bujang. In the same year he had made himself as Sarawak Syarie Counsel.
In his early years of practice, he was attached with Messrs.YH Teh & Quek and later joined Messrs.David Allan Sagah & Teng Advocates and was exposed to several kinds of litigation and Conveyancing related works. During the early part of his pupillage are channelled to General Litigation, Land Acquisition Claims, Banking Litigation, Debt and loan Recovery, Bankruptcy Laws, Succession laws, Criminal Defence Litigation and Syariah litigation.
After some time with the firm, he was assigned with conveyancing works which involves preparing and drafting of loan documentations. He was also requested to assist Senior Counsel to give advices with regards to Islamic Finance products by Citibank and Public Bank.
After the tutorage of both prominent legal firm ended, he went out to venture into the world of legal fraternity under the name and style of Messrs. Muhamad Firdaus & Co. He had acquired various experiences namely handling tender documents, applying for project factoring financial facilities, Due Dilligence, Corporate governance, running down matters, Arbitration, Mediation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, land acquisition briefs, turnkey projects advisory and drafting of corporate agreements.
He was also part of the legal team for Sarawak State Election in the year 2016 and Parliamentary General Election in 2018.
In 2019, together with Messrs. Asiah & Hisam as the firm Business Development Manager he was given the role to cater for conveyancing, corporate and litigation issues. On the side note, he was conferred the role to handle company related matter (corporate governance and etc) along with the firm Business Development.
