She graduated with Bachelor of Law (Honours) from University Utara Malaysia (UUM) in Sintok, Kedah in the year 2020. During her second year of study, she completed her internship in the High Court of Ipoh, Perak for one month. She had observed the trial procedures and case management in the High Court with valuable guidance from the High Court Judge of Ipoh, Perak, YA Dato’ Che Mohd Ruzima Bin Ghazali (currently known as the Court of Appeal Judge). She had also exposed in Bankruptcy, Probate, and Auction by the learned Registrar of the High Court of Ipoh, Perak.
In her third year of study, she completed her second internship at Messrs Azman
& Affendy for 3 months. She has been assisting in criminal, civil litigation and non-contentious legal matters such as will, trust and probate. She has conducted many legal research, assisting in preparing documents and attending client meetings with the Partner.
In November 2020, she started her 9 months of pupillage in Messrs Asiah & Hisam, Bangi under the tutelage of Mr Mohd Zakwan Bin Adenan. She was exposed in Conveyancing matters, especially in Loan Documentation. She was heavily involved in both sub-sale and developer’s work. She has been liaised with the clients, bankers, lawyers, developers, agents, and government officers. She has been drafting loan agreements, attending clients for signing the loan agreements, preparing the relevant documents for Bank execution, registration at the land office, adjudication, and advise Bank for release.
She has been handling loan documents for Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (LPPSA), and for various financial institutions,. She also has been handling loan documents for Perfection of Charge.
She also has been handling loan documents for Direct Sale from the Developer. The Developer’s projects including, One Cochrane Residence, Chymes Gurney Kuala Lumpur, Pangsapuri Selangorku, Pr1ma Kota Tinggi, Pr1ma Tebrau, Pr1ma Bandar Bukit Mahkota and Projek Perumahan Awam (PPAM) Setapak Riviera.
In November 2021, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya before Judge YA Datuk Noorin Binti Badaruddin.
Currently, she pursues to practice in Conveyancing under Loan Department at Messrs Asiah & Hisam, Bangi. She focuses mainly on Direct Sale from the Developer with various type of properties.
