NUR ATIQAH BINTI ROSLAN

She has acquired Double Degrees of LLB (Hons) and LLB (Hons) Shariah at International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) on 2014 and 2015 respectively. She had undergone her pupilage at Messrs Zulpadli & Edham and enrolled as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur on 25.03.2016 before Yang Arif Nik Hasmat binti Nik Mohamad.

During Chambering period, she gained experience to handle conveyancing matters including and not limiting to Sale Agreement for Developer’s Project and Corporates’ Loans. She then further explored and developed her skills in land matters at Messrs. Nassir Hafiz Nazri & Rahim, Kuala Lumpur. She was entrusted to handle Sub-sale Agreements including with title, without title, direct transfer and title issued files;  Perfection of Transfer and Charge;  Completion of transfer of Post-auction cases;  Corporate & Islamic financing documentations;  Letter of Administration “Surat Pentadbir Kuasa” from land office; and Tenancy Agreement.

She joined in Messrs Asiah & Hisam, Bandar Baru Bangi since January, 2020 and assign to use her skills and knowledges in conveyancing matter to strive for more and beyond.
