Fazreen obtained both her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in 2014 and Bachelor of Laws (Shariah) (LL.B_S) from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM).
She then started her pupillage in Messrs. Raha Yasin & Co. before was called to the Malaysian Bar and was admitted as Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2016. Apart from that, she is also a licensed Syarie Counsel in the State of Federal Territories since 2017 until now.
She started her career as a Legal Assistant at Messrs Raha Yasin & Co in which she mostly responsible to handle conveyancing department. Her main strength is in the property and banking conveyancing portfolio such as all sub-sale of properties, loan documentation from various banks, good rapport and experienced with adjoining land offices from various states, and well versed in land procedures inter alia consent transfer/charge, Power of Attorney, Trusts, Caveats, Charges, Inheritance, Probate, Transfer, FIC approval etc.
Apart from that, she also attended a few litigation matters (non-contentious) both in civil and syariah courts for Applications such as the Letter of Administration, Distribution Order, Order for Sale, and Faraid Certificate.
After 4 years, she joined Messrs Fauziah & Co in which she focused on handling various projects for developers like Sime Darby and handle loan documentations for all buyers for various banks inter alia Malayan Banking Berhad, Maybank Islamic Berhad, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad, RHB Bank Berhad, CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, and Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam.
In September 2020, she joined the Sale and Purchase Agreement Department of Messrs Asiah & Hisam and is responsible in handling conveyancing files which is definitely her passion and forte.
