She graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)(Hons) in 2020. She completed a three-month attachment at Batu Pahat’s Magistrate and Session Court during her last year of studies. Throughout her internship, she assisted court officers with case recording and other tasks in addition to witnessing the Magistrate’s duties and trial procedures. She had also worked closely with two magistrates and a judge, conducting extensive legal study and providing facts to help the judge write a verdict. Furthermore, she also supported the deputy public prosecutor in conducting interviews with a child victim in a case involving rape with minor (appeal case) before Sessions Court.
She then commenced her pupillage at Messrs Asiah & Hisam, where she obtained expertise in conveyancing, litigation, and corporate matters under the supervision and tutelage of Mr. Zakwan Bin Mohd Adenan. She was subsequently admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya on 12th November 2021, and began practice as an Associate with Messrs. Asiah & Hisam.
Upon the conclusion of her pupillage at Messrs Asiah & Hisam, she embarks on the legal practice that mainly involved in Conveyancing matters.
She has primarily involved and exposed to matters relating to the sale and acquisition of real estate, as well as loan documentation. She has been drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements, Loan Agreements, attending client signings, preparing appropriate documents for Bank execution, registration at the land office, adjudication, and others.
Presently, she is attached as an Associate to the Sale and Purchase Agreement Department’s Conveyancing Department.
